Hi, my name is Sonja and I’m here to support you in your development and finding your Inner Power. I have worked as an HR professional for 25 years - Managing, Coaching and Supporting Managers and Colleagues with their challenges in work and life.  

As I love to learn and develop and have had the possibility to attend numerous Management Trainings and achieving Certificates in Coaching based on psychosynthesis and Stress Management to mention a few.

Energy work has been a great tool for my development such as Karuna Reiki and ASH Work.

I have finalized my training in Advanced ASH Work in 2019 and I’m attending a Situational Leadership Course in 2020 with the goal to become a certified Trainer in Situational Leadership.

I have learned over the years that experiencing hardship is an excellent motivator for Personal Growth which has helped me to see the value of those times and as Carl Jung expresses:

“Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness's of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
